1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Blur Guess you agree to these terms, to the studio terms at https://frxstudios.com/en/terms, and to Google Play or Apple App Store terms where they apply. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Intended for users aged 13 and older (or the local minimum). Users below that age must not create an account or use features that require personal data. See Children’s Privacy above.

3. Acceptable Use

Use the Game for personal entertainment. You must not:

  • Use it for illegal activity.
  • Hack, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer servers or the app.
  • Use cheats, bots, scripts, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Exploit bugs for unfair advantage instead of reporting them.
  • Access unauthorized accounts or admin features.
  • Harass other players or post harmful, explicit, or misleading content.
  • Share others’ personal information without consent.
  • Misuse reporting or support.
  • Intentionally ruin the experience for others.
  • Impersonate FRX Studios or share scam links.

4. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy

Key

The Game includes server-side anti-cheat, including score validation.

Prohibited: external tools, binary mods, bug abuse for gain, leaderboard stuffing, collusion to inflate scores, bots.

Consequences (at FRX’s discretion, without prior notice where needed): warning; reset of scores, rankings, or coins; suspension; permanent ban; removal from leaderboards; revoke of goods obtained by cheating. No refund of virtual goods when enforcement follows a terms violation.

If you believe an action was in error, email [email protected]. Review is not a guarantee of reversal.

5. Intellectual Property

Rights in the Game — software, design, neon-glass UI, logos, sounds, and original content — are owned by or licensed to FRX Studios. Pexels remains the exclusive source of guess images; rights stay with their owners under applicable licenses.

If you post content, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant FRX a limited license to operate the Game. FRX may remove content that violates these terms, law, or others’ rights.

6. In-App Purchases & Virtual Economy

Key

Purchases may include coin packs, remove-ads, Season Pass, and cosmetics. Payments go through Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not store card numbers.

Coins and digital goods are not real money, are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and are a limited license inside the Game. Points are never sold.

Purchases are generally final after delivery except where mandatory consumer law or the store’s refund policy says otherwise. EU/EEA users who consent to immediate digital delivery may lose the withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m) where that rule applies.

Refunds are handled by the store. FRX may suspend accounts for payment fraud or chargeback abuse, with a proportionate review where practicable.

7. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Key

If a subscription is offered, it may auto-renew until you cancel in the store. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past charges unless law or platform policy requires it.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Key

FRX may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, cheats, or creates risk. You lose access to progress and digital goods. No refunds except where mandatory consumer law requires them.

9. Liability Cap & Disclaimer

Key

The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” FRX does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.

To the extent allowed by law, FRX is not responsible for indirect or incidental losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded (fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights in your country, including EU/UK/Australia where they apply).

10. Governing Law & Disputes

If formal action is required, these terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, respecting mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country. Registered commercial entity details remain undefined.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. A material change updates the effective date and may appear in-app.
