1. Who We Are

FRX Studios is a creative technology company building games, apps, digital tools, and services related to artificial intelligence and video. When this policy says “FRX,” “we,” or “us,” it refers to FRX Studios and its products, including Blur Guess.

Public HQ line: Alexandria, Egypt. The company operates primarily online. Formal commercial registration and street address are undefined.

2. Policy Scope

The studio master applies to FRX websites, games, apps, and services. This host publishes the Blur Guess appendix: data actually used, third parties, and how to delete an account.

Movie AI (https://movieai.frxstudios.com) is a Coming Soon host and is not part of Blur Guess processing.

3. Data This Studio Website vs This Product

FRX collects the minimum necessary. Not every FRX surface collects the same data.

This product (Blur Guess) may collect the categories in the next section.

frxstudios.com stores only a language preference (`frx-lang` in localStorage) and does not use analytics cookies.

Voice chat and chat rooms roll out behind settings. Those data types are collected only when the feature is on for the account.

We do not sell personal data as a product. Points are not sold. Money buys cosmetics and comfort only.

5. How We Use Your Data

  • Create and secure accounts.
  • Operate solo play, rooms, matchmaking, and social features.
  • Save progress and preferences.
  • Show leaderboards (skill-based; points are never purchased).
  • Operate chat and voice when enabled.
  • Process in-app purchases of cosmetics and comfort items.
  • Improve performance and fix crashes.
  • Fight cheating, fraud, and misuse (including server-side score validation).
  • Provide support and send important service messages.
  • Measure usage to improve the Game.
  • Show ads according to settings, law, and platform rules.
  • Meet legal obligations or protect rights.

We may also share data if required by law, to protect users, to prevent fraud, or to protect our rights.

8. Children's Privacy & COPPA Compliance

Blur Guess is not directed to children under 13 (or the local minimum).

Before account creation, personal identifiers, ads, and analytics packs, the Game shows a neutral age gate (for example a date-of-birth prompt) without coaching the minimum age.

If the user is under 13: no account is created; those packs stay off; no personal identifiers are collected for that path.

We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If we learn that happened without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete it. Contact: [email protected]

9. Ads

Banner and interstitial ads via AdMob may use advertising identifiers according to device settings and law. If a “sale” or “share” right applies (for example CCPA/CPRA), eligible users should have a clear opt-out path. Ads must not wreck the core loop.

Leaderboard rows may remain as an anonymous “Deleted player” for competitive integrity.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your country: access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawing consent, objecting to certain processing, or complaining to a data-protection authority.

12. Account Deletion

  1. In-app: Settings → Account → Delete account
  2. Email from the account address to [email protected]

Personal identifiers are removed or anonymized, typically within 30 days. Digital goods are lost on deletion. Deletion is final.

13. International Transfers

Data may be processed in countries different from yours because the Game uses global providers. FRX seeks appropriate measures under applicable law (for example standard contractual clauses where they apply).

14. Security

Reasonable measures: authentication, encryption where possible, access control, and review. No method is 100% secure.

15. Changes

We may update this policy. For a material change we update the effective date and may show an in-app notice.
